Cancellation of subscription delivery
If you wish to cancel your continuous billing, please contact us by phone or email at least 10 days before the next delivery date.
Delivery Time

Returns

Complete Refund Policy
- Full refunds are limited to one per person.

- Refunds will not be issued for unopened or unused products.

- Please use a shipping method that allows tracking (e.g., courier service) for returns.

Temporary suspension and cancellation of subscriptions are handled through My Page.
In both cases, please complete the procedure at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
If the procedure is not completed 10 days prior, temporary suspension or cancellation of the next delivery will not be possible.

Temporary suspension of subscription is possible after receiving the second product.
Cancellation of subscription is possible after receiving the first product.
In both cases, please complete the procedure on My Page at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery. However, if you temporarily suspend or cancel your subscription after receiving the first product without receiving the second or subsequent products, you will be required to pay the difference between the initial campaign price and the regular price you paid, or send us the empty product package and delivery note at your own shipping expense.

Exchange of Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective, or if you received a different product from what you ordered, please contact us by phone within 7 days of product arrival and return it to us via cash on delivery. We will promptly exchange it.
However, exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Products damaged or scratched by the customer
- If either the product packaging or the delivery note is not included
- If the product is returned without prior notice
